Oakland resident Dayrle Lee Lambert has been charged with two felony common nuisance drug violations. Lambert is currently being held in the Garrett County Detention Center, without bond. The charges stem from drug investigations that took place between April of 2017 to April of this year. Several search warrants were executed over the years at his residence, resulting in drug seizures and arrests that happened over that four-year period.
