Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Aaron Michael Ashby on Monday. He is accused of repeatedly calling the Allegany County 911 Dispatch Center, to report non-emergency events. He had been instructed not to contact 911 under those circumstances, but he continued to do so. He was served the summons and released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
