COMPLAINT LEADS TO DRUG CHARGES

Baltimore resident Brian Kelvin Reddy is being held without bond following his arrest on drug charges. The complaint of a suspicious vehicle brought city police to Davidson Street on Tuesday. Reddy appeared to be sleeping, but officers could see several capsules of suspected heroin next to him. A search yielded additional CDS and paraphernalia. He was charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin and possession of paraphernalia. Following a District Court hearing, he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, and held without bond.
