The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for 38-year-old Tico Franklin, who is accused of shooting and killing 62-year-old Brian Hunter on Saturday. The shooting took place on Mile Level Road in Snake Spring Township around 2 p.m. Franklin fled in a stolen vehicle. It was later recovered in Maryland, and police believe Franklin may be in the Baltimore area.
