A criminal summons was served on Devone Theodore Baskin by Cumberland City Police for illegal possession of a firearm. The charge stemmed from an investigation from April 15th, when a handgun, allegedly belonging to Baskin, was seized. At the time, he was prohibited from possessing any regulated firearm. He signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released, pending trial.
