The Cumberland City Police served three bench warrants on Wednesday. Cumberland resident Jessica Michels was served a warrant for failure to appear in District Court on charges of stalking and telephone misuse. David Mullen of Cumberland, failed to appear in court on a trespassing charge. And, 37-year old Elizabeth Price was served, for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving without a license. Ms. Michel was released after posting a $5,000 bond, while Mullen and Ms. Price were held on bonds of $1,000 and $2500 bond respectively.
