A possible link between the COVID-19 vaccine and heart muscle problems is under investigation. Doctor Amesh Adalja with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health said so far no link has been empirically established. However, Doctor Adalja says investigators are indeed looking into reports of heart muscle inflammation from patients who have been vaccinated with mRNA technology. Doctor Adalja says the CDC led study could take weeks before any final conclusions can be drawn.
