Cumberland resident Chasity Kesner has been charged with numerous counts of fraud, following her arrest on Monday. She had been assisting a person, and obtained the victim’s banking information, and used it in several locations. She was charged with four counts of using or disclosing a credit card number, obtaining property from a vulnerable adult under $1500, false credit card charges and other related counts. Following an initial appearance in District Court, she was released on a $3500 unsecured bond, pending trial.
