JUDGE ACCUSED IN CIVIL SUIT

Garrett County Judge Raymond Strubin is being accused of allegedly forcing an employee to regularly have sex with him, or she would lose her health insurance and not be able to receive life-saving cancer treatments. The Cumberland-Times News is reporting that  Strubin and Loriann Ludwig, a former Garrett County Court Commissioner and law librarian, had been in a relationship for about ten years, but she had attempted to end the relationship. When that occurred, Strubin allegedly forced her to have sex in his chambers. When the suit is heard, Strubin will be represented by the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, but it is not known who Strubin’s personal attorney is.
