Iowa motorcyclist Daniel Vernon Morris was arrested following a crash Monday on state Route 36 near Hampton Drive. Morris was charged with driving while impaired, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision and related offenses. He was arrested after officers administered sobriety tests.
