BLOOMINGTON MAN FACES DRUG CHARGES

Twenty-five year old Bloomington resident Brandon James Uphold has been charged with possession of meth, possession of CDS administering equipment and driving while his license was suspended. Garrett County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a car accident in the 16,000-block of Maryland Highway. Following the accident, Uphold allegedly got rid of a backpack. It was located and found inside were baggies of meth and hypodermic needles. He was arrested, charged, and received a District Court hearing, where he was later released.
