Thirty-year-old Oldtown resident David Richard Mc Millan is being held on $5,000 bond after failing to appear for trial on May 14th in Allegany County District Court. McMillan was to have faced charges of assault, malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct. He received a District Court hearing, before being taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
