The city of Cumberland will hold its annual Fourth of July Fireworks display, beginning at about 9:30 p.m. The Constitution Park pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the park closing to the public at 4 p.m. Pine Avenue will be closing to thru traffic at 4 p.m. also, but local traffic will still have access to their homes. July 5th is the rain date for the fireworks display.
