A motion hearing will take place today for the man accused of the 2018 Capital Gazette shooting. Jared Ramos is pleading not criminally responsible for the attack that left five people dead. He pleaded guilty in October 2019 to all counts he faces in connection to the attack. The jury trial will begin later this month.
