Thirty-six-year-old Chad Edward Izat was arrested this week, in connection to an incident that occurred in January of this year in the Queen City Drive area. Izat was seen allegedly buying suspected CDS. He fled the area and was seen throwing the items he had taken from inside his pockets. He faces a number of charges, including CDS possession, trespassing on railroad property, and obstructing and hindering. He was served the summons and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
