Governor Tom Wolf’s pandemic disaster emergency declaration is now over. The state’s Legislature voted yesterday to end the declaration and to extend hundreds of regulatory waivers. The Wolf Administration says that the listing of the declaration does not affect a health secretary’s disease-prevention authority to issue mask-wearing and stay-at-home ordinances.
