Cabins, West Virginia resident Jeffrey Allen McCurdy has been indicted on a firearms charge. He had been prohibited from having firearms because of a prior conviction, but was found with two, 12-gauge shotguns and a .22-caliber long rifle in January of this year in Grant County. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000, if convicted.
