Cumberland resident Jacob Snyder was arrested on Tuesday morning, and charged with trespassing. Officers contacted a representative of the property, in the 200-block of Baltimore Street, to learn that Snyder had trespassed, and was currently on the property. He was arrested there, and charged on a criminal citation for trespassing. He was later released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
