City Police served a criminal summons on 34-year-old Cumberland resident Demond Arthur Scott, stemming from an incident that happened on June 25th. Scott is accused of breaking into a residence in the 300-block of Frederick Street and later stole a vehicle belonging to the resident. He was later released by police, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
