The Garrett County Public School System is committed to returning all students back to in-person learning this fall. Based on data collected over the last month from families, GCPS doe not intend to provide a virtual option this fall. The system will provide full, in-person instruction five days a week, and will implement normal school operating hours. GCPS will follow all health and safety protocols that are in place at the time of the return in the fall, and throughout the school year. It is hoped that there will be minimal requirements for face coverings and physical distancing.
