A state lawmaker is pushing legislation he says would lower prescription drug costs. Representative Dan Frankel is suggesting an advisory board to set limits on prices as well as a law that would prohibit billing for facility fees. Frankel adds that about half of Pennsylvania residents have trouble affording their prescriptions.
