CAPITAL GAZETTE SHOOTER FOUND CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE

The man charged in the 2018 Capital Gazette mass shooting has been found criminally responsible for the act.  The jury only took one hour yesterday to find Jarrod Ramos criminally liable.  Ramos pleaded guilty to all charges he was facing in 2019, but pleaded insanity.  Sentencing will take place in about two months.  The mass shooting at the Annapolis newspaper left five people dead.
