Thirty-one-year-old Garrett Michael Ketterman is being held on $5,000 bond, following an assault incident at a Michigan Avenue residence. The victim, a woman, told police she was struck in the face by Ketterman during an argument. He was charged with reckless endangerment and second-degree assault. He was also served a District Court warrant for failure to appear at trial on July 14th on charges of leaving the scene of an accident. He received a District Court hearing, before being taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
