Fort Ashby resident Travis William Elder is being held without bond, following his arrest in the area of Canal Parkway. Elder allegedly had been involved in an incident in West Virginia, where he allegedly brandished a gun. During a traffic stop, police located a loaded shotgun and pistol inside his car. He received a District Court appearance, and was being held in the Allegany County Detention Center.
