MAN CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO APPEAR, FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT

Cumberland resident Christopher Runyon was arrested on two warrants over the weekend. The arrest warrants were issued by Circuit Court, one for failure to appear for trial and one for failure to pay child support.
