MARYLAND JUDICIARY REVISES COVID SAFETY MEASURES

The Maryland Judiciary is revising its COVID-19 safety measures in an effort to prevent the spread of the Delta variant.  In line with updated CDC guidance, face masks will be required in all Maryland court and judicial facilities in areas with substantial or high transmission rates.  The masks must be worn by everyone over the age of two regardless of vaccination status. In addition, masks must be worn for a 14-day stabilization period as areas return from the higher transmission rates to moderate or low levels. The new measures will begin on Monday.
