Baltimore resident Tyrell Edward Hill has been charged with car theft, after police received a report of a stolen rental vehicle, from the 200-block of Decatur Street. The car was equipped with a GPS tracker and the car was found in the 200-block of Springdale Street. Hill was identified as a suspect, and the keys were found inside the residence where he was found. He received a District Court hearing and was held on $7500 bond.
