Forty-year-old Kenneth Allen Chandler faces two counts of violation of a protective order, after he was found inside a Quebec Avenue address on Tuesday morning. The complainant told police there was a temporary protective order against Chandler, but he was found inside the resident. He left, but was placed under arrest. He received a District Court hearing and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
