MORRISEY SUES BIDEN ADMINISTRATION OVER FENTANYL AT THE BORDER

West Virginia’s Attorney General is suing the Biden administration over fentanyl crossing the U.S. southern border.  Patrick Morrisey is asking the court to force the Department of Homeland Security to reinstate the Trump-era “Remain in Mexico” policy.  The complaint alleges DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas did not consider the impact the policy had in stopping the drug smuggling.  Morrisey claims the Biden administration has failed to respond to his concerns.
