Governor Larry Hogan is announcing a four-million-dollar addition to the broadband initiative to connect Maryland. The goal of the initiative is to ensure by 2025 everyone in the state has universal broadband. A total of 400-million-dollars in broadband funding has gone toward the Connect Maryland initiative. Hogan says this is just one example of how Maryland is committed to not just recovering from the pandemic but coming back even stronger and better than ever before.
