Garth Brooks will be re-launching his Dive Bar Tour soon, and when he does, only vaccinated fans are allowed to attend. The country music mega star made the announcement this week on his Facebook Live series, Inside Studio G. The only way to get tickets is via local country radio stations. Brooks recently canceled the remaining dates of his Stadium Tour due to the rising cases of COVID-19. He did not say when he was going to kick off his latest tour.
