FOUR JENNINGS RESIDENTS ARRESTED FOLLOWING INVESTIGATION

Four residents of the Jennings area, near Grantsville, were arrested on animal cruelty and vulnerable adult abuse charges, following a month-long investigation. Taken into custody were Kearstin Marie Warnick, Eric John Moser, Jangle Elaine Richards, and Gary Allen Spencer. All were charged with the vulnerable adult abuse counts and more than 70 counts of animal neglect. Warnick, Moser and Richards were additionally charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree sex offense and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault. Warnick and Moser remained in the Garrett County Jail, held without bond; Richards and Spencer were granted pre-trial release, pending their next court appearance.
