Mountain Lake Park residents Shannon Marie Davis and Jonathan Lowell Hoye have been arrested and charged with various drug counts. A search and seizure warrant at a residence on Philadelphia Avenue there, yielded over three ounces of heroin, a quantity of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. The heroin alone had a street value of over $9,000. Several people were also found at the residence and further charges are pending in the case.
