MARYLAND LAWMAKERS DEBATE REDISTRICTING PLANS

State lawmakers returned  to Annapolis yesterday  for a special session on redistricting.  It was  expected to be a contentious session.  Both Democrats and Governor Larry Hogan are pushing their own redistricting plans, which are required every ten years following the release of the census.  Legislators will also consider whether to override any of the 45 vetoes Governor Hogan left on the table.
