Baltimore resident Isaiah Michael Hagans, who was found dead Thursday inside a Pennsylvania Avenue apartment, was shot twice with a 9 mm handgun. A fire broke out shortly after police arrived to investigate a report of shots fired inside the apartment building. Hagans’ body was found on the floor of the apartment, with both hands behind his back after moving a couch that had been on fire. Arrested in connection with the murder was New York resident Alex Sweeney, who was seen running from the building in the first block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
