The Maryland Health Department is once again posting COVID-19 updates on its online dashboard. The dashboard had been offline for over two weeks due to a network security issue. Yesterday afternoon, state health officials reported a ten-point-27 percent positivity rate, which is the highest rate since last January. Hospitalizations have more than doubled in the past 30 days to one-thousand-345, and capacity is now at 90 percent. Earlier today, Governor Larry Hogan announced he had tested positive for the virus but was feeling fine.
