HOGAN ANNOUNCES PROJECT RESTORE FUNDING

Governor Larry Hogan has announced the first round of awardees for Project Restore, a $25 million economic recovery initiative that provides financial incentives for small businesses and commercial developers to revitalize vacant retail and commercial space. Locally, nine businesses will receive a portion of the funding, including L.G.’s Pizza, Historic Frostburg, a Maryland Main Street Community retail space and Sandstone Primary Care, LLC. Project Restore was launched earlier this year by Governor Larry Hogan, and is administered by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.
