Shacklefords, Virginia resident Jonathan Edward Harriss and Cumberland resident Bruce Allen Williams have been arrested in connection with the burglary and theft of firearms from a home in the 200-block of East Union Street. Search and seizure warrants were executed in the 200-block of Virginia Avenue and the 400-block of East Fourth Street. The guns were recovered, along with controlled dangerous substances, along with cash. Both were charged and arrested.
