Cumberland resident Emily Bush and Markum Boyd of Morgantown were arrested last week on drug counts. During a traffic stop in Morgantown, officers smelled marijuana in the car, which gave them probable cause for a search. That yielded marijuana, along with nearly 34 grams of crack, 8.4 grams of cocaine, and 56.8 grams of methamphetamine. They have both been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
