Governor Larry Hogan has ordered flags across the state flown at half-staff in the memory of Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley. The flags will remain at half-staff until the day of her funeral, which has not yet been determined. Holley passed away last night after she was removed from life support. She has been in critical condition after she was ambushed in her patrol car a week ago in Curtis Bay. Two suspects are in custody for her murder and the murder of a man later in the day. Holley — a mother of four — was a two-year veteran of the Baltimore police force.
