There is extensive damage at a CSX facility in Curtis Bay after an explosion. It happened just before noon yesterday at the facility on Benhill Avenue. Fire officials say contractors were moving coal through rail tunnels when the coal dust combusted. People within a three-to-four-mile radius reported hearing the bang. There were no contractors in the tunnel at the time, and no one was hurt.
