HOSPITAL OFFICIALS VOICE CONCERN OVER UNVACCINATED PATIENTS

Sources at multiple Pennsylvania health facilities are reporting that most hospitalized coronavirus patients remain unvaccinated.  State health officials say the news accompanies the rapid rise of the omicron variant, which researchers say is more easily transmitted than previous variants of the virus.  That news comes as several Pennsylvania hospitals are reporting that as many as 98 percent of their COVID-19 patients are either unvaccinated or partially vaccinated.
