Cumberland resident Cory Jacob Bennett has been charged with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing, after police responded to the 100-block of Lennox Place. Police saw Bennett run from the residence, and after a brief foot pursuit, he was taken into custody. He received a District Court hearing, where he was ordered held on a $1,000 bond.
