FELONY CHARGES AGAINST BIGGS DISMISSED

Two felony charges against Christopher Biggs, the suspended Department of Emergency Services EMS chief, have been suspended. Biggs was charged with what is being called the largest deer poaching case in West Virginia history. Four misdemeanor counts against Biggs remain; he is currently suspended without pay, from his role with Allegany County. Pre-trial hearings have been set for May 16th for Chris and Tyler Biggs, along with Robert Horner, Sr. and Robert Horner, Jr., who have also been charged in the case.
