Fairmont Heights, Maryland resident Jaron Lajaris-Jacob Watkins was arrested on drug and gun charges Saturday, following a traffic stop. An officer detected the odor of marijuana during the stop, and a probable cause search was done. The search yielded over 200 grams of packaged marijuana and a loaded handgun. He was taken to Central Booking, and was later released, after posting $10,000 bail, following a bond hearing.
