An AMBER Alert is out for a missing Carroll County boy. State Police say 12-year-old Maxx Geiger was last seen with his father, Christopher Geiger, in Hampstead on Friday. The child may also be in the Westminster area. He’s described as white, five-foot-three, 120 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. Christopher Geiger is white, six-foot, 230 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. The two may be traveling in a black 2021 Jeep Wrangler, with Maryland tag DV15797.
