The Cumberland City Police Department is announcing several street closures and parking restrictions for the downtown area on Saturday for the Easter Bunny and the “Chalk It Up to Civility” event. Liberty Street, between Frederick and Pershing Streets will be closed, as will Centre Street, between Pershing Street and Frederick Street. Street and parking restrictions are expected from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m.
