OAKLAND RESIDENT CHARGED WITH POSSESSION, ATTEMPT TO DISTRIBUTE

Oakland resident Robert Jonathan Sypolt was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and attempted distribution of methamphetamine, following a week-long investigation by the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and the Oakland City Police say that over $800 in meth was seized from a residence there. Also found was a quantity of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and charged. He was released on his own recognizance at a bond hearing, but remained in the Garrett County Detention Center on an unrelated case.
