Judge Angela M. Eaves has made history in the great state of Maryland. Judge Eaves is now the first Hispanic to serve on the state’s highest court. Governor Larry Hogan welcomed her to the State House Tuesday to get sworn in. Hogan said she has a proven track record of fairness and she’s committed to public service.
