According to new data, Pennsylvania is one of the top 25 worst states in the nation for home foreclosures in the first quarter of 2022. A new report released by ATTOM, the parent company of RealtyTrac, the largest online marketplace for foreclosure and distressed properties, has the Keystone State ranked 21st, with nearby New Jersey ranked worst overall. ATTOM says one in 21-hundred properties in Pennsylvania filed for foreclosure during the first three months of 2022. Pennsylvania fared better than its neighboring states, with Ohio ranked third-worst and Delaware ranked sixth-worst for foreclosures.
